Probate Escrows
Probate sales are subject to the court’s confirmation of the sale. Unlike traditional property sales, in most cases probate attorneys are involved. The Escrow Officers at Hollywood Escrow are experienced and trained on handling probate sale escrows. Each Escrow Officer is familiar with the California Association of Realtor (CAR) forms, has been trained on the probate process, and recognizes what it takes to handle a successful and smooth probate sale escrow transaction.
